Wpa3 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the full terms and conditions governing the use of the wpa3 platform. Please read it carefully before using our services. By registering for or using the wpa3 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the wpa3 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published by wpa3 from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and wpa3 as the platform operator. wpa3 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following the publication of any such amendment will be deemed acceptance by the user.
Access to the wpa3 platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. Users who feel they may be experiencing gambling-related issues are encouraged to visit the Responsible Gaming us.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full range of wpa3 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. wpa3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted through their account comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their country or region of residence. wpa3 makes no guarantee that this platform is lawful to use in all jurisdictions.
Users are also prohibited from using any automated software, bots, or fraudulent techniques to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet on the wpa3 platform.
3. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the wpa3 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). wpa3 accepts a variety of local payment methods, including popular e-wallets in Malaysia. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set from time to time, which can be reviewed in the finance section of your account.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe stated, depending on the payment method chosen. Any deposit failures caused by issues with the user's bank or a third-party payment provider are beyond wpa3's control, and we accept no liability for such delays.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with established anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. wpa3 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal. All withdrawals will be returned via the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise specified.
Any attempt to commit fraud, money laundering, or suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the accounts involved will be terminated immediately.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability
Users of the wpa3 platform agree not to misuse the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to: using the platform for unlawful purposes, spreading offensive or abusive content, exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the system, or disrupting the experience of other users.
Wpa3 provides an online betting and entertainment platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure continuous service availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or downtime. wpa3 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical disruptions, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, wpa3's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. wpa3 shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Any dispute relating to game outcomes or transactions must be submitted to the wpa3 support team within fourteen (14) days of the incident. Disputes received after this period may not be able to be processed.
5. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Wpa3 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any other reason deemed necessary by management. In the event of account closure, any valid balance will be returned to the user once all reviews are complete, unless the balance was obtained through activity that violates these terms.
All content on the wpa3 platform — including logos, branding, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of wpa3 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, reproduce, or use any of this content without prior written consent from wpa3.
The wpa3 platform may contain links to third-party websites for users' convenience. wpa3 has no control over the content or policies of those websites and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Wpa3 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the current version of the terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. If no resolution can be reached, the matter will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction.
